Roll call woke me up, attention
just another day in detention
made my bed, scratched my balls
just me, myself and four walls

quick calendar check
leaned into inspect
whipped back, damn nearly broke my neck
cause it's my birthday, not time to celebrate
ain't no party for an inmate

but I got to say something
can't be standing here just doing time
loneliness, self stimulation
let the punishment fit the crime, (ah, ah)

cause there aint no girls around
ain't washed my ass since Sunday
and its nearly sunday now
